The data controller will be able to transfer personal data to other companies within the ACTIVE COMPASS group with the same purpose indicated above. Moreover, it is possible that your personal data may be transferred by ACTIVE COMPASS to the data processing supplier, REPLICALIA, S.L., with fiscal CIF number B-65498610 and address C/ Castanyer 8, 08022, Barcelona, for the specific purposes of creating back-up and remote storage for client data in a secure datacentre.
According to article 15 of Spanish legislation on Data Protection, Law 15/1999 of 13th of December, (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD)), described above and its subsidiary development regulation (Real Decreto 1720/2007), of 21st of December, the owner of personal data will at any moment have the right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, writing to email@example.com
The data controller has adopted the legal security measures for installations, systems and files required by the Development Regulations of the LOPD (Real Decreto 1720/2007), of 21st of December.
Furthermore, the data controller will guarantee the confidentiality of personal data.
